HOW TO ORDER AND PURCHASE ONLINE

Purchasing online doesn't need to be difficult and we've tried to make the experience as simple and painless as possible because we value you as a customer. To make online purchasing a pleasure, we've reviewed our product range thoroughly and established which products are best suited to online purchase given the complexities in their respective supply chains. The end results is an offering tailored to those who want and prefer to make quick online purchases from the convenience of their garden, home, office, field or field office!

PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE

  • Step 1: Visit our online store - www.vuna-agri-shop.com - to have a look at the products we have available for purchase;

  • Step 2: View the product(s) you would like to buy;

  • Step 3: Add the item(s) to your cart;

  • Step 4: Click on the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button when you are ready to checkout; and

  • Step 5: Check your order and follow the order placement process - Click 'PLACE ORDER';

  • Step 6: You will then receive an 'ORDER CONFIRMATION' email which will confirm your order;

  • Step 7: Our team will then review and approve your order and send you a tax invoice for payment before dispatching your order. 

Orders will only be processed once payment in full has been received.

Important points to note:

  • For your convenience, all our prices quoted include VAT at 15%. If you are purchasing through a VAT registered company or are VAT exempt, we will ask for your VAT number and details; and

  • Although invoices are provided through the online store to process payments, we also provide our customers with a TAX INVOICE following the completion of their purchase.

PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER

Once you have placed your order, received an confirmation email, payment can be made using one of the following methods: 

  • Online payment through YOCO - VISA, MasterCard;

  • Bank deposit; and

  • Payment on collection of your order.

SHIPPING

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.

We make use of two courier companies: The Courier Guy and Fastway Couriers. 

PRODUCT RETURNS

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS?

Vuna Agri-Shop only processes orders once payment in full has been made. Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you as your order is fulfilled and then shipped to you. You can expect to receive your order in 2 - 5 working days depending on your location within South Africa.

CAN YOU ADVISE ON HOW BEST TO USE MY PRODUCTS?

HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?

Our preferred courier partners are The Courier Guy and Fastway Couriers who both deliver countrywide. Once your order is placed, payment is made and confirmed and the order is fulfilled, collection will be made by the courier company and shipped to you. You will receive the shipping details via email, inlcuding a tracking number so that you can track progress from our door to yours.

CAN I ORDER VIA EMAIL?

Yes. You can send an email (if you know the products you would like) to orders@vuna-agri.com and we'll get back to you within 24 hrs.

CAN I PAY USING A CREDIT CARD?

Yes. We have an account with Yoco who facilitates our card payments. You will receive a payment link to our Yoco account once you have placed an order.
